Sold by the pound, you will receive individually vacuum packaged, blast frozen, skin-on, bone-in frozen portions. While our product is initially processed at sea to a headed & gutted product form, our value-added product forms are processed for us at a certified custom processing facility as required by my licensing, all the while having the benefit of being pre-rigor processed. These portions are approximately 11-16 ounces each depending on the original size of the harvested sockeye.
